If you have a problem that is not solved by our technical support (email@example.com) you can return the product.
Products must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external box to protect against damage during transport. The restitution must first be approved.
- Contact us to obtain the return from, fill out the return form, send it to us and wait for the confirmation
- Print the confirmation email you receive
- Put the items in the original box (or a similarly robust) ensuring that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.
- Paste the printed label on the box to cover the label forward.
- Contact the courier who delivered the package (you can also contact your own trusted courier). The courier will pick up the package when and where you prefer.
- We do not accept used products
- You can not return products are personalized
If your return does not meet the conditions set, the package will be returned and a refund will not be made.
The expenses are delivered to the customer other than the case in which the product is returned because it has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the characteristics required in the order.
The refund will be executed within 14 days after receipt of the goods in the manner specified in the return form.
